Your talent

In order to strengthen our Flex Team, we are looking for a bilingual Receptionist (m/f/x) for a permanent contract of 40 hours per week.

Your talents will be put to good use on a daily basis as you carry out your duties for various clients in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in order to :

• Take care of the telephone reception in a qualitative and reactive manner.
• Ensure that visitors are welcomed in a professional manner and keep a watchful eye on their comfort.
• Handle mail, room bookings and various other administrative tasks.
• Represent Sodexo on our different sites, which you will all visit on a regular basis, varying your daily/weekly/monthly missions.

Your Profile

• You are fluent in French and English (written/oral level C1 minimum), Luxembourgish and German languages will be considered as an asset.
• You have a first successful experience in a similar position.
• You have an excellent presentation and a developed spirit of service. Discretion is one of your strong points.
• You are recognized for your pleasant personality and your sense of diplomacy.
• Flexible and and versatile, you are available mainly from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6 pm (working hours on a continuous-basis).
• You are willing to travel to our various work places in Luxembourg (central region, one site per day).
