When you join our Marketing team at Sodexo's head office in Luxembourg as a full-time Retail & Marketing Specialist, your talents will be put to good use on a daily basis in carrying out your missions:

I. Retail

• Your expertise will enable you to act as a link between the field and the various head office departments (operational, sales, finance). You will be able to bring people together and develop relationships based on trust.
• You will support all our teams in achieving their financial objectives, while complying with internal procedures and rules.
• Analyzing and anticipating consumer needs will be part of your daily work.
• You will be able to define a product offering: the type of product, the range (width and depth) in partnership with our purchasing department, as well as the distribution policy.
• As an experienced professional, you will determine the merchandising in our restaurant areas and our sales pitches for our field teams.
• You will measure the performance of actions on a regular basis, with the aim of continuous improvement.
• Keeping an eye on the market will enable you to excel in this role.

II. Concept

• You will be responsible for the operational deployment of Sodexo Group concepts in our foodservice outlets.
• You will coordinate this deployment project with the Global Brand Management teams and at local level with the support of the Marketing, Sales and Operations functions.
• Organized and demanding, you will ensure that the specifications, deadlines and budget are met.
• You will be responsible for monitoring the sites deployed to ensure that promises are kept over the long term, the KPIs for compliance and performance of the offers, and the associated corrective action plans.

Your Profile

• Professional and experienced, you will have 5 years' successful experience in a similar role in the retail sector or in catering & ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• A hands-on person, you are autonomous and constantly looking for ways to improve.
• You are recognized for your ability to unite teams around a common goal, and you demonstrate rigor and perseverance in translating strategic issues into operational decisions.
• Your creative and innovative spirit is your greatest asset.
• Your project management skills are tried and tested, and working with local and global teams holds no secrets for you.
• You have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office).
• Fluency in French and English (C1-C2) will make you the best candidate for this position.
• You are comfortable with figures: pricing policies, budgets, forecast objectives, etc.
